Have your say on pharmacy services in South Gloucestershire

Date: 02 Jun 2014

Category: Get involved

South Gloucestershire Council is consulting on local pharmacy services on behalf of South Gloucestershire’s Health and Wellbeing Board (HWB).

The council wants to hear what you think of the current pharmacy services available in South Gloucestershire. These include local pharmacy or chemist shops, pharmacy services in supermarkets, GP practices that dispense medicines for their patients and online pharmacies.

Your views will help to develop the council's Pharmacy Needs Assessment (PNA), which will look at the need for pharmacy services in South Gloucestershire, the level and accessibility of pharmacy services and how these will be maintained and developed in the future.

Your views and opinions are vital in helping ensure that good quality, cost-effective pharmacy services are delivered to the residents of South Gloucestershire.

The consultation is open now and runs until July 5, 2014.
